Yes. We take short-notice opening bookings when the right team is available. Send the date, time, venue and services you need so we can check promptly. Booking earlier gives you more choice of people and time slots.
Are there discounts for several services or branches on one day?
Yes. VioParty may offer a discount when you book several services or run events at multiple branches on the same day. Contact us for details for your dates.
What is included in the lion dance service?
The basic lion dance package includes two lions, one Ông Địa character, drums, cymbals, decorative couplets and confetti. Ask us about extra lions, performers, acts or custom requirements and we'll quote them separately.
Could there be costs beyond the service price?
The confirmed quote lists what is included. Extra costs are only possible for distant venues, extended hours, schedule changes, extra staff or props, or custom requests. We discuss and agree on these before booking.
What if we need to change or cancel?
These terms apply to bookings with a paid deposit.
- Reschedule - staff available on the new date: at no charge.
- Reschedule - staff unavailable on the new date: with at least 3 days' notice there is no rescheduling fee; within 3 days, you receive a 50% deposit refund.
- Cancel: the deposit is not refundable.
